Changes of State, Leader Learning Journeys Pratt Institute

The Collaboration

A collective journey with a group of creative professionals sponsored by the Pratt Institute graduate programs in Creative Enterprise Leadership to catalyze Leading as if Life Matters across borders. From Ireland to Japan and Spain, participants, alumni, faculty and partners exchanged best practices and ideas to harness the power of enterprise in shaping new possibilities for advancing the UN Global Goals. We supported the journey with facilitated discussions on the value of integrating the rational and the relational in life-centered innovation. Changes of State, a series of guided workshops, led participants through exercises exploring how to ground full-bodied knowing, felt sense and feeling states into the strategic decision-making of circular systems design and cultural placemaking.
